About me

I am a therapist with a master's degree in Art Therapy from Haifa University, a Parent Counselor. With over a decade of experience, I have worked extensively with children, youth, and adults across various public settings, in private practice, and online.

My professional journey includes substantial experience within the Israeli Ministry of Education, specializing in special education schools for students with learning disabilities and attention disorders, as well as kindergartens addressing developmental delays. I have also worked in settings designed for children and youth at risk and served as a supervisor for therapeutic groups and social skills programs. Additionally, I have managed a center for parents and children and a kindergarten for autistic children, among other roles.

In therapy I listen and give a non-judgmental space to everything that comes up, with the aim of creating together a safe and empathetic space, from which we can be supported, observe together, grow and change.

Art is another way of expression, a non-verbal language that allows another layer for introspection, for new insights, and for connecting to the experience and healing that art brings.

As a therapist and a mother, I understand that parenting can be a challenging journey requiring both growth and compassion. My approach integrates principles of open communication and creative parenting. I focus on observing behaviors and addressing difficulties collaboratively, aiming to understand the needs of the child, parent, and family, and providing tailored support to meet those needs.

About three years ago we relocated to Spain - an experience that gave me a deep and practical understanding of the challenges involved in moving to a new country with children. As a professional working with Israelis and the international community in Madrid and around the world, I am intimately familiar with the struggles that children and parents face, both in the initial adaptation process and later on, including the sense of belonging, language and culture gaps, feelings of loneliness, and more. My personal and professional experience allows me to provide tailored support and guidance to each family in the relocation process.
