Art therapy
In therapy, I believe that by creating a safe space and listening empathically and non-judgmentally, you can touch the depths of the soul, explore, discover and grow. A therapeutic relationship based on understanding and acceptance is the key to bringing awareness and change.
Art therapy is an emotional therapy that combines creation, play and diverse ways of expression. The use of art as part of the therapy allows self-expression of feelings, thoughts and ideas in a creative and safe way. In this way, another, non-verbal language is created, which enables the expression of the inner world.
The artistic creation opens a door to the expression of sensitive and hidden parts, and through a combination of conversation and joint observation, it is possible to touch these parts, raise them to awareness and enable a healing process. The creative process helps to develop creativity and flexibility, improving a sense of competence, and increasing self-worth and self-confidence.
Therapy is available in both English and Hebrew.
Online art therapy
Online art therapy provides therapeutic support from anywhere in the world.
Sessions are held via computer or phone and combine conversation with artistic creation—either during the session or between sessions. Together, the therapist and client explore the symbolic meaning of the materials and emotions expressed in the artwork.
Art therapy encourages personal growth, creativity, and flexible thinking, while helping to build self-confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth.
Online sessions are particularly well-suited for teens and adults, individuals and families living abroad (relocation), or anyone who prefers the comfort and privacy of receiving therapy from home.
